Wilkie&Daphne vs Bay&Emmett
I was thinking the other day about all the people talking about Bay and Emmett relationship on Switched at Birth. They had a long distance relationship and they broke up because of the new situation and all the aspects of their relationship has changed because Emmett is now far away and he's getting all of this new things in his life and that made them grew apart as they have different interests right now.
My question is if you remember back on season one when Wilkie had to leave for boarding school and it made the relationship between Daphne and Wilkie to end because he was leaving to go to a different place or just away, just like Emmett did. Why people think that Wilkie and Daphne should be together or why people still root for them together or think that they were a great couple? And why the same people can think that Emmett and Bay are also a great couple but unfortunately due to the distance, they frew apart? What is the difference between Wilkie leaving for boarding school and Wilkie and Daphne breaking up with Emmett leaving to film school and Emmett and Bay be breaking up? At least they tried to keep going with the long distance relationship for a while until it finally came to an end while Wilkie didn't even try to make it work and yet people still want him to come back to Daphne. What is the difference between Wilkie's and Emmett's decision in breaking up?
I can not understand why is Wilkie amazing for leaving Daphne but Emmett is a monster for leaving Bay?
